At D'Addario, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
